Congratulations to all the winners for the 2014 and 2015 Beaux Arts Finales. We thank our judges, Gina Thorne and Peter C. North for their hard work in making the selections.
The reception was a festive affair with the artists, their families, and many friends coming to enjoy the afternoon. Joyce Rasnussen Balint, mandolin soloist with the Metropolitan Opera Company in New York, provided background music throughout the afternoon.
Please visit us again. There will be a video of the afternoon and pictures of many of the winning pieces.
The exhibit is open through the end of the month of July. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. There is no admission charge. Many of the works are for sale. If interested, please contact Joyce Balint at the BWC for information.
Along with the individual awards, there were also "Best of Show" chosen by the judges and "People's Choice" chosen by the guests at the reception.
