All the rooms in the Bronxville Women's Club start as a blank palatte. They come to life and are transformed into a myriad of possibilities as furniture and decorations are added--whatever your imagination and needs. Every room has multi-functional uses.
The Loggia is the room where you first enter the clubhouse from the Midland Avenue entrance, and you immediately step into the past instead of a glitsy, crystal palace. It is a beautiful room with ceramic tile floors, tall ceilings, a working water fountain, and doors that open to the balcony of the Great Room. The Loggia was the site for the first art gallery in Bronxville, and all the major artists of the Bronxville art colony alive since the 1920's have exhibited here. This room, along with the adjacent Tea Room, is where we stage our art exhibits.
The room is used for our monthly coffeehouses, cocktail hour for major dinner events in the ballroom, lectures, smaller dinner parties, and many other activities.
